As a mathematics graduate student, it is incredibly important to practice your expository skills. So, I’ve decided to come out of the (sometimes) isolated world of graduate studies to share what I’ve learned – particularly what I’ve learned about topics I don’t quite understand. I also plan to share the mental up’s and down’s typical of graduate school. While sharing my experiences and practicing my expository skills, I hope to help some fellow mathematics students and gain encouragement from those who have been thorough it all before.
